  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced or fresh.

Preparation Steps
  1. Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a separate pan, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili paste. Pour in the coconut milk and soy sauce, stir well, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Gently add the fried tofu into the creamy sauce, cooking together for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Plate your spicy tofu and sauce, garnishing with fresh herbs or extra chili.
