  • ½ tsp Pepper Essential seasoning.
  • ¾ tsp Paprika Consider smoked paprika for extra flavor.
For the Vegetables
  • 2 pieces Oranges Use for slicing and roasting.
  • 1 piece Lemon An additional citrus burst.
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary Provides aromatic flavors.
  • 4 sprigs Thyme Provides aromatic flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, shallot, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the oranges and lemons thinly; cut the red onion into wedges.
  4. In a baking dish, arrange the citrus and onion, drizzling about ⅓ of the marinade over them and tossing to coat.
  5. Place the chicken breasts over the arranged citrus and pour the remaining marinade over them.
  6. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, basting halfway with pan juices.
Serving
