Dressing

  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1-2 dashes hot sauce to taste

Preparation

  3. Taste the dressing and adjust with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
