Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat butter (or olive oil) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper; add to the skillet skin-side up. Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and tent with foil to keep warm.
  5. Lower the heat and whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch slurry.
  6. Add the glaze mixture to the skillet and cook until hot, letting it thicken for about 30-60 seconds if using cornstarch.
  7. Return the salmon to the pan, coating it well with the glaze, and serve warm.
