- Remove the salmon from the skillet and tent with foil to keep warm.
- Lower the heat and whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch slurry.
- Add the glaze mixture to the skillet and cook until hot, letting it thicken for about 30-60 seconds if using cornstarch.
- Return the salmon to the pan, coating it well with the glaze, and serve warm.
