For the Cheese

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini a tangy addition
For the Dressing
  • 3/4-1 cup Italian salad dressing enhances the zesty flavors

How to Make Pepperoni Pasta Salad
  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain it once it’s al dente, then let it cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the cooled pasta, grated Parmesan, mozzarella pearls, sliced pepperoni, chopped tomatoes, diced bell pepper, olives, red onion, and pepperoncini until evenly mixed.
  3. Drizzle the mixture with 3/4 to 1 cup of Italian salad dressing. Toss everything together until the ingredients are well-coated and the flavors meld beautifully.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, making sure to adjust according to your preference for flavor enhancement.
  5. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
