Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 8 oz Spaghetti noodles Substitute with linguini if preferred.
  • 1 cup Cucumbers Can substitute with bell peppers.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Quartered for easy eating.
  • 1/2 cup Black olives Halved for uniformity.
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Can substitute with green onions.
For the Dressing
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Avoid regular Italian dressing.
  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar Apple cider vinegar can also work well.
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil Avocado oil can be an alternative.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine diced cucumbers, quartered cherry tomatoes, halved olives, and finely diced red onion. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Boil spaghetti noodles in salted water for about 7-8 minutes or until al dente. Drain well and let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, the Zesty Italian dressing packet, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Toss the cooled spaghetti gently with the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over everything. Mix well.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
