Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined—it should be creamy with a hint of zest!
  2. Slice a thin layer off the base of each bagel, then carefully hollow out the center without cutting through.
  3. Generously spoon the creamy mixture into each hollowed bagel, pressing lightly to pack it in.
  4. Arrange filled bagels on a baking tray and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly on top.
