Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Mash the bananas in a separate bowl and add to the dry mixture, stirring well.
- Stir in pure maple syrup and your choice of egg or flax egg.
- Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten each cookie.
- Bake for 26-30 minutes or until centers are set and tops are lightly golden.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before storing.
