  • 1 tablespoon vinegar rice or white vinegar
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chives substitute with green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh lime juice is also good

How to Make Best Ever Bang Bang Shrimp
  1. Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, seltzer water, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add the egg yolk and blend until fully incorporated for a light, airy batter.
  2. Heat Oil: Preheat oil in a deep pan or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Batter the Shrimp: Carefully dip each shrimp into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Fry Shrimp: Fry the battered shrimp in hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
