  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • pinch Cayenne Pepper Optional for a touch of heat

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup of shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, green chiles, and seasoning. Mix well until unified and creamy.
  2. Thaw your puff pastry sheets completely, then cut them into 72 squares. Place two squares into each cup of a greased muffin pan, creating little pastry cups.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the artichoke mixture into each pastry cup. Finish by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), then bake the bites for approximately 15 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden.
  5. Allow the bites to cool slightly before gently removing them from the muffin pan. Optionally, garnish with crispy bacon bits and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
