- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup of shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, green chiles, and seasoning. Mix well until unified and creamy.
- Thaw your puff pastry sheets completely, then cut them into 72 squares. Place two squares into each cup of a greased muffin pan, creating little pastry cups.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the artichoke mixture into each pastry cup. Finish by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), then bake the bites for approximately 15 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden.
- Allow the bites to cool slightly before gently removing them from the muffin pan. Optionally, garnish with crispy bacon bits and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
