How to Make Crispy Baked Chicken Taquitos
- In a large bowl, combine your shredded cooked chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Toss until well-coated.
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium.
- Place a corn tortilla in the skillet, spoon a generous amount of chicken mixture onto one side, and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook each taquito for about 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- Continue with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture. Serve with salsa or guacamole if desired.
