How to Make Guaymas Shrimp
- Thaw the shrimp to room temperature, then pat them dry gently using a paper towel.
- In a large frying pan, heat the organic avocado oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- Generously season both sides of the shrimp with real salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the organic flour and Tony Chachere’s seasoning until well combined.
- Dip each seasoned shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally back into the flour mixture.
- Carefully place the coated shrimp in the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Once done, remove the shrimp from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
