Method
 

How to Make Guaymas Shrimp
  1. Thaw the shrimp to room temperature, then pat them dry gently using a paper towel.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat the organic avocado oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  3. Generously season both sides of the shrimp with real salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. In a shallow bowl, mix the organic flour and Tony Chachere’s seasoning until well combined.
  5. Dip each seasoned shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally back into the flour mixture.
  6. Carefully place the coated shrimp in the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
  7. Once done, remove the shrimp from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
