How to Make Greek Turkey Meatballs
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, feta, lemon zest, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into uniform balls.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place your shaped meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Optionally drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve with fresh pita or rice.
