  • 1 large Eggs For vegan substitute, use flaxseed or applesauce.
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano Italian seasoning is an alternative.

How to Make Greek Turkey Meatballs
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, feta, lemon zest, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into uniform balls.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place your shaped meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Optionally drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve with fresh pita or rice.
