How to Make Malibu Chicken
  1. Pound boneless chicken breasts to a thickness of ¼-½ inch; season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange three dishes—one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third filled with Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the eggs, and then coat thoroughly with Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Pan-fry the breaded chicken in olive oil or butter for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
