How to Make Grilled Nutella Banana Sandwich
- Heat your skillet over medium heat.
- Spread coconut oil on one side of each slice of rustic wheat bread.
- Place one slice of bread, oil-side down, in the skillet.
- Spread Vegan Nutella on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Layer the sliced banana evenly on top of the Vegan Nutella.
- Add any optional add-ins, such as ground cinnamon or sliced strawberries.
- Top it off with the second slice of bread, oil-side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Optional: Drizzle with salted peanut butter before serving.
