  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter very soft for easy mixing
  • 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix substitute with another cake mix for variety
  • 1 large Egg binds ingredients together
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips can substitute with dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk for gooey texture; fat-free is an option

Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch pan with foil, greasing it lightly.
  2. Beat the softened butter in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
  3. Combine the strawberry cake mix and the large egg into the butter, mixing gradually.
  4. Press two-thirds of the dough firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the dough.
  6. Drizzle approximately 60% of the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
  7. Crumble and lightly press the remaining dough on top.
  8. Bake for 27-30 minutes, until the edges turn lightly golden.
  9. Cool the bars for at least 2-3 hours before slicing.
