How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch pan with foil, greasing it lightly.
- Beat the softened butter in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix and the large egg into the butter, mixing gradually.
- Press two-thirds of the dough firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the dough.
- Drizzle approximately 60% of the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
- Crumble and lightly press the remaining dough on top.
- Bake for 27-30 minutes, until the edges turn lightly golden.
- Cool the bars for at least 2-3 hours before slicing.
