Basic Instructions

  2. Mix together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well combined. Add the mashed ripe bananas.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually combine with wet ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, level it out, and sprinkle granulated sugar over the top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting.
