Making the Tart
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly, then press into a tart dish.
- Place the crust in the oven and par-bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Juice the blood oranges and mix with eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the blood orange filling into the par-baked crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set with a slight golden hue.
- Let the tart cool completely before slicing.
