Preparation
- Boil water in a large pot, then cut the potatoes into ¼ inch thick slices.
- Add rock salt to the boiling water and cook the potato slices for about 3 minutes.
- Drain them and let them cool slightly.
- Coat the potato slices with yogurt in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan until hot.
- Mix chicken breading and paprika on a plate, then dredge the potato slices.
- Fry the potato pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
