Steps
- Gather your Hawaiian rolls and cheese of choice. Carefully slice the rolls in half, leaving them connected for easy grilling.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Butter the insides of each roll generously.
- Place the roll halves in the skillet with the buttered side down. Add cheese and press down slightly.
- Cook until the underside is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted, another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice in half, and enjoy!
