Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated, then press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a sturdy crust.
- Beat the cream cheese in a separate bowl until it’s smooth. Then, add the sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the mint extract.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the prepared Oreo crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
- Cool your bars at room temperature before refrigerating them for at least 2 hours.
