How to Make Moroccan-Spiced Chicken Thighs
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Take your chicken thighs and thoroughly coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  3. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to preheat.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the marinated chicken thighs to the sheet, skin-side up.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). The chicken should look golden brown.
  6. Switch to broil mode and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Once cooked, optionally sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before serving.
