How to Make Moroccan-Spiced Chicken Thighs
- In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Take your chicken thighs and thoroughly coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to preheat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the marinated chicken thighs to the sheet, skin-side up.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). The chicken should look golden brown.
- Switch to broil mode and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Once cooked, optionally sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before serving.
