  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell peppers use a colorful mix
  • 1/2 cup onion sliced
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup water
For Garnish
  • green onions chopped

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Warm the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the chicken thighs, cooking until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the sliced onion and diced bell peppers, stirring until tender and colorful, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch mixture, and water.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  8. Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot!
