- Toss chicken pieces with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Spread this mixture on bread halves and toast for 5-10 minutes until golden.
- In the same skillet, melt some butter over low heat. Sauté minced garlic briefly, then add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Simmer until thickened, around 3-5 minutes.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over toasted bread. Layer chicken pieces and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice into portions and serve warm.
