How to Make Easy Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables
  1. Warm 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the 1 lb of thinly sliced beef to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Toss in the 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger. Sauté for another minute.
  4. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add 1 sliced bell pepper, 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1 julienned carrot, and ½ cup of snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve with steamed rice if desired.
