How to Make Salmon Patties
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until golden (about 7-9 minutes).
- Prepare Mixture: In a large bowl, combine drained salmon, sautéed vegetables, Panko crumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
- Form Patties: Shape the mixture into patties, approximately 2 inches wide and 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Fry Patties: Heat remaining oil and butter in a skillet and fry patties in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain & Serve: Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve.
