- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, diced green pepper, and onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the beef is no longer pink and the veggies are tender, then drain any excess liquid.
- Stir in the egg noodles, diced tomatoes, water, chili sauce, salt, and pepper into the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
- Remove the skillet from heat and top with crumbled bacon just before serving.
