  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 pcs Minced Jalapeño adjust for heat preference
  • 4 oz Crumbled Bacon cooked
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
For the Hot Dogs
  • 4 pcs Beef Hot Dogs
  • 4 pcs Hot Dog Buns soft and fresh
Seasoning
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, minced jalapeño, crumbled bacon, and half of the sharp cheddar cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Slice each beef hot dog lengthwise, ensuring not to cut all the way through. Fill each hot dog with the prepared cream cheese mixture.
  4. Grill the stuffed hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning them occasionally until heated through and charred.
  5. Transfer the grilled hot dogs into the soft hot dog buns. Top each one with remaining sharp cheddar cheese and additional jalapeños if desired.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if using. Serve immediately.
